Register nowAll H0 models of the Siemens Vectron at a glance: the modern universal locomotive in 1:87 scale. From the single-system Vectron AC, the multi-system Vectron MS, and the diesel Vectron DE through to the Dual Mode Vectron — in the liveries of DB Cargo, ÖBB (Class 1293), MRCE, ELL, RailPool, Lokomotion, BLS Cargo and many other operators.
Since its launch in 2010, the Siemens Vectron has become the defining universal locomotive for European rail traffic. The modular platform covers electric, diesel-electric and dual-mode drives and is in service with DB Cargo (Class 193), ÖBB (Class 1293), MRCE, ELL, RailPool, BLS Cargo, Lokomotion and dozens of other railways and leasing companies. In H0 scale, Märklin/Trix, Piko, Roco, Brawa and Hobbytrain offer an extensive Vectron range covering Eras V and VI.
The most important variants are the single-system Vectron AC for 15 kV networks, the multi-system Vectron MS for cross-border traffic, the diesel Vectron DE and the Dual Mode Vectron for mixed routes. Particularly sought after are the colourful liveries of the leasing operators (MRCE, ELL, RailPool) and the ÖBB Class 1293 as the successor to the Taurus.
