BR 193 H0 Models – The Vectron Family of Era VI
The BR 193 is the German DB designation for the Siemens Vectron, which has redefined the universal locomotive segment in Europe since 2010. It replaces classic DB classes 145, 152 and 185 as the state-of-the-art universal engine and operates with DB Cargo as well as with dozens of leasing and private rail operators. Märklin/Trix, Piko, Roco, Brawa and Hobbytrain offer a very broad Vectron range in H0 scale.
BR 193 Variants
The Vectron AC serves 15 kV networks, the Vectron MS covers multi-system cross-border routes, the Vectron DE is the diesel-electric version. The colourful liveries of leasing operators (MRCE, ELL, RailPool) as well as special schemes from BLS Cargo, Lokomotion and Captrain are particularly popular.
