ÖBB (Österreichische Bundesbahnen) is among the most popular prototypes in H0 scale. Austrian manufacturer Roco in particular has an extensive ÖBB range, complemented by models from Jägerndorfer, Märklin/Trix, Fleischmann and Liliput. The models cover locomotives, multiple units and coaches from Era III to the current Era VI.

Typical ÖBB models include the iconic Taurus electric locomotives (Class 1016/1116), the Vectron (Class 1293), the classic Class 1044 and Class 1142 as well as diesel locomotives of Class 2016 (Hercules). In long-distance service, Railjet consists and Nightjet sleeping cars are represented; in regional service, the Cityjet multiple units and double-deck coaches.
