Robur models
The Robur from Zittau was the medium truck of the GDR – between Barkas and IFA W50. Around 260 models in 1:87 show the LO and LD series as flatbed, box van, bus and fire engine. An overview of the model cars of the Robur brand.
Zittau's contribution to East German transport
With its air-cooled petrol engine and cab-over design the Robur LO was the all-rounder: Konsum delivery truck, country bus in the Zittau mountains, LF 8 fire engine in almost every GDR village – and in service with army and civil defence. Hardly any East German vehicle is more versatile.
Busch carries the Robur range in great body variety. Together with IFA, Barkas and Trabant, the era III and IV fleet east of the Elbe becomes complete.
