Fleischmann is part of Modelleisenbahn Holding (alongside Roco) and one of the most tradition-rich model railway brands in Germany. The company was founded in 1887 in Nuremberg and has helped shape the model railway world over many decades. The current range comprises 2.307 H0 models.
Fleischmann uses the direct-current (DC) system and offers locomotives and wagons focused on German and Austrian prototypes.
