BR 186 H0 Models – The TRAXX MS for All of Europe
The BR 186 is the DB designation for the Bombardier TRAXX MS (multi-system) and was developed from 2007 for cross-border freight services in Europe. Equipped with four-system capability (DE/AT/CH/IT/NL/BE/PL), it is the universal engine for trans-European corridors. By 2026, over 250 units operated with DB Cargo, Railpool, ELL, ITL, Lineas, RTB and many others. Märklin/Trix, Piko, Roco and Brawa offer an exceptionally wide selection of 186 models in H0.
BR 186 Operators and Liveries
Highly sought are the DB Cargo Verkehrsrot livery, the Lineas magenta scheme, the ELL black/white, the Railpool grey and the numerous advertising locos ("Lieferverkehr Brücken", "Eurodual"). The Dutch Locon liveries are also popular. Filter by manufacturer, era or DCC sound.
