The BR 182 is the German DB designation for the Siemens ES 64 U2, better known as ÖBB Rh 1116 "Taurus" — procured by DB from 2002 in 25 units. It is multi-system capable (15 kV / 25 kV / 3 kV) and reaches 230 km/h. It hauls IC, EC and DB Regio push-pull services. Märklin/Trix, Piko, Roco and Brawa offer BR 182 models in numerous special variants in H0 scale.
