Register nowThe Lada belonged to the streetscape of the entire Eastern Bloc – and as a coveted import to the GDR too: the Fiat-124-based 2101, its estate offshoots and the off-road Niva. An overview of around 110 model cars of the Lada brand.
On era IV DR layouts the Lada is the "better" car outside the Kaufhalle – whoever drove one had connections or patience. The Niva in turn fits forestry and mountain scenes of any landscape to this day. Thus the brand covers Eastern everyday life and off-road duty alike.
Herpa and Busch carry 2101/2107 and Niva in civilian and authority variants. Together with Trabant, Wartburg and Barkas the Eastern Bloc fleet becomes complete.
