H0 Models from Sweden
Sweden stands for the SJ, the iconic Rc universal electric locomotive in its many variants, and the high-speed X 2000 tilting train. Sweden shares its 15 kV 16.7 Hz network with Germany, Austria and Norway — and the Rc family became an international design template.
The Swedish railway (SJ — Statens Järnvägar) is fully electrified at 15 kV 16.7 Hz on its main lines. Characteristic for H0 collectors are the Rc family (Rc1 to Rc6) as a universal electric, the X 2000 tilting high-speed train, and the heavy Dm3 locomotives for the iron ore line (Malmbanan).
